Breakfast

Today I am making bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches with homefries. I am cooking the bacon now and it smells good. I figured that I would get a head start on cooking the bacon so that we can eat soon after Nate wakes up. I am hungry already. I’m going to cook the homefries in the bacon pan. After breakfast, I have a lot of studying to do until work, and then more studying after work.

This is what I am planning for dinner tonight. I’m thinking that I will make the whole recipe and freeze leftovers.

I feel like I have too much to do this week, even though most of it is not stressful. I have 2 exams, but mostly I keep not being able to catch up on chores. I’m hoping that this weekend when Nate goes home that I’ll be able to do that. I need to cook less but I love it and sometimes feel like I eat out too much actually. But I already am planning on a lazy Friday night this weekend. With Shots around the World party on  Saturday and the Superbowl on Sunday, a lazy night to myself will be fun.
