This is seriously an amazing visual. I always hear people say “healthy food is too expensive”…. well here you go!

I love eating healthy and in my experience it is cheaper but it’s never that cheap. A gallon of milk is not $2, as cheap as potatos are, it’s not $3/10 pounds. The only thing that I’ve seen with prices like this actually is the beans and vegeables. For me, the meat alone would cost almost $20. This is part of why I need to eat more veggies and beans and less meat.
